National day nails

Long overdue post cos I’ve been lazy and only posting on instagram.

Well, its not like I get ten thousands hits a day. So, guess not many people will miss my blog :-/

First saw the design by The Subtle Shimmer on instagram and replicated within the day cos it was so cool and also it was Singapore’s National Day.

Before: White and Red bases

Result: Interlocking dots and reverse French on the thumb

Howdy would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using? I’m planning
to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a difficult time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

Hi Shelly. Sorry for the late reply. I choose WordPress as it had the highest free storage capacity. I figured that if I resized my pictures to around 300kb, it can last a long time without me having to pay anything extra. WordPress also has nice templates. The new magazine ones are brilliant, do check them out. In addition, wp allows customization/upgrades for a fee, of cos, if I choose to next time. The support forum is quite established too. So, I went with WordPress. Hope this helps. Will look forward to reading your blog 🙂
